Welcome to the Milton Keynes Citizens Portal where you can apply for Free School Meals, Pupil Premium, School Transport or apply for a School Place (only if your child is due to start school for the first time or transfer to a Junior or Secondary school in September 2018)

16 April was National Offer Day for starting primary school for the first time, or transfer to junior school, in September 2018

  • If you applied online here, an mail was sent to you on 16 April. Please check in case the email has gone into your spam/trash. If you ticked the option not to receive emails we could not send one. You can log in here now and see which school has been allocated.

  • No action is required by parents to accept the school place allocated

  • If you wish to change your application to a school which was not on your original application, please complete the Change of Preference Form

  • If you are not happy with the school place you have been offered please see our website for advice on what action you can take.

New applications for a Primary or Junior School place:

  • From 16 January 2018, you have missed the deadline of 15 January to use this Portal for your application. You will instead need to use a paper form and email or post it to us. Please find the correct form on our website (starting school for the first time) or website website (transfer to junior school). If you submit a completed Late Application Form by 30 April you will be notified about a school place on 12 June.

  • For all other types of application please see our website

New applications for a Secondary School place:

  • From 1 November 2017, you have missed the deadline of 31 October to use this Portal for your application. You will instead need to use a paper form and email or post it to us. Please find the correct form on our website. If you submit your completed Late Application by 30 April you will be notified about a school place on 25 May.

  • If you received your offer of a secondary school place on National Offer Day 1 March 2018 and now need to apply for a school which was not on your original application, please use the Change of Preference form

  • For all other types of application or if you were not happy with the place you have already been allocated, please see our website for advice on what action you can take.

If you registered more than a year ago If you registered previously before September 2016, your account will have expired and you must re-register, The Forgotten Your Password & Secret Question Links will not send you an email until you have re-registered
